 Our mission is to partner with the Lansing community to better understand youth violence. Ultimately, we hope to reshape the narrative about why youth in frontline communities are involved in violence. We are committed to empowering communities by understanding the unique challenges faced by young people and working collaboratively to create lasting, positive change over time.

By engaging with local leaders, community organizations, and young people, we aim to dismantle harmful stereotypes and promote a more accurate, compassionate understanding of the issues contributing to youth violence. We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, safe environment, and we strive to be a catalyst for hope, healing, and transformation.
